Returns and Refunds

Any request must be put by email to orders@jigsawsaustralia.com.au within 14 days of receipt of goods. In the email request, state the order number and include photos if appropriate to the request.

Refund or returns will be approved solely at the discretion of newsXpress Pty Ltd, the operator of Hugs & Love.

Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your credit card.

We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind except at the discretion of newsXpress Pty Ltd, the operator of Beanie Boos Australia.

We reserve the right to apply a fee associated with cancellation and / or refund fee of 20%.
